Indonesia's labour minister Erman Suparno said that in discussions with Malaysian officials on Monday he made proposals including the introduction of a compulsory day off for maids - who currently often work seven days a week.
He also wants maids to be allowed to retain their passports, instead of giving them to employers, and to have their wages paid into a bank to deter employers from withholding salaries.
'We want severe punishment on employers who abuse their maids,' he told a press conference. The proposals, as well as a bid to introduce a minimum wage, will be discussed further when the two sides meet here formally on July 15. 'We will start discussions on July 15 and hopefully in two weeks we will arrive at a decision,' the minister said.
'We hope that the discussion will solve the problems so we can resume sending the maids,' he said. 'We are optimistic.' Mr Suparno criticised the low wages Indonesian domestic workers receive in Malaysia, often about RM400 (S$165) while their counterparts from the Philippines earn two or three times as much.

Her Appetite
What Theresa likes to eat?
Well as I know, she always took a slice of bread with Pandan Kaya or strawbery jam, a glass of Milo for her breaks fast. She's not choosy about food but I know exactly she like the food with savoury taste. And...please it's just for you and me.... she likes 'foldover' from mc donals for his lunch some time also she took the filet o' fish or it's side order.
For dinner she will cook her own food. Normal home cooking food. Rice, vegetable and some meat, chicken or fish which she cooks each other day.
For the vegetable she prefer to buy An Organic one because this kind of vegetables is less or even don't use chemical .
Healthy choose right?
She always maintain her weight. Exercise every day but in the evening. She never go for gyms class or go for aerobic. She just go to play ground near her house and walk for 10 or 20 around..just enough to make her sweat.
I guess that the way her body look so shiny and healthy.

Mother Theresa
She is a single woman. Independent and Pretty. In her 30th, she looks younger than her real age. She working as Administration Manager in a private company. Her private life is so mysterious. No one exactly now who and what is she before she came here in this very country--Malaysia--. about eleven years ago. Her carrier crawl very fast, thanks to the Managing Director, a married man, in his 40, who very deeply fall in love with her. It's not his fault, every man who ever now her, rarely can stand from her charming personality. She adore by the women and admire by the men. She walk like dancing, and when she smile....flower will bloom.......just kidding.
But yes, that true. She can make the gloomy day be so bright. Everything about her is very amazing. For somebody else she really a model, every mothers who knew her, hope they will have a daughter-in-law like her. And every men---, you already know what the men thought if they saw a fresh beautiful women--men's nature---no comment. But no body perfect. Her smile maybe very charming, her appearance so exciting, but when you se her eyes--you will know there's something not right inside there. Yes her eyes can talk, can smile but most often look so cold without desire. Like her life is not worth at all. Or may be there something that make her feel like that because some other time her eyes look more live and full of spirit of a warrior.
Jinggais her name, Jingga lestari is her full name. Yes she is an Indonesian. I know what do you think when the word Indonesia mention in front of you. Foreign worker or domestic helper. But we can't judge the book from the cover. Maybe a lot Indonesian work here as domestic helper, but some of them is very educated and held a high position in the big company. Someone like Jingga.
But we won't talk about them---maybe a little--- because this book, this time we talk about Jingga and her stranger's life in her strange's place. What more perfect than story about a stranger woman, with her strange's story, in the stranger place? Nothing more. So let's know her better.

Pretty from Inside, Empty from Inside
If you see what the Big drum appeared in front of you, you won't know what inside unless you Open and see. Maybe it's just a plain water or Fosil fuel alias GASOLINE which now is hit a high prices in the world.
What lucky guys are we if our Drum of water suddenly change to be a drum of gasoline. We blame Government because cut subsidy and increase the price of fuel. without taking our responsibility as a resident in a developed caountry which most of the fuel was imported.
By the way, if we study more deeply...we will find a new source or alternative of our dependant to this fosil fuel on of them is NGV( natural gas).
But the most easy way is we change our gas source vehicle with wind vehicle alias Bycle or maybe the natural one...Horse.
Let's me imagine what will happen if our High Way will not jam with Big truck, fuso, bus or private vehicle but trafics with horses and bycyles. No good choices hah? But at least we already help to stop the air poluttions.
This is an Idea. Not quite comportable idea.
But it was an idea.
So, up to us to do what we wont consider another more idea to solve our problem in increasing price of oil that's now be our premier need along with food and housing.
Sometime what pretty from outside is not that really pretty!!

The Power of Mind
Remember AI? Artificial Inteligence? Mind Operations?
I have an Enemy, which I can’t touch. Not because she is immune, protected, untouchable or invincible. Just because I love her so much. I protect her by myself.
I can’t hurt her physically or mentally because I don’t want to be her true enemy. But she always hurt me with her soft spoken, her sarcasm, and her attitude toward me. But she’s good to me, sincere or not. I adore her. She is my favorit figure. I respect her….in every way. That’s way I can’t attact her back.
Do I need suffer in silent?
I guess..I can’t. I can’t afford to lose her, but I want her to change her attitude toward me. It’s better for me to hear she says….”I don’t like You” than “I like you. But you…bla….bla.
So, I did mind operations. First, I spied on her and I set a trap. Than she trapped. I won.
Than I arranged a bad conditions for her. And I lose. I am a looser.
Cos, when she came to me in misery, begging in tears and smile…no anger…. I felt miserable. More than hers. And I melted. In the way the snow melted under the sun with hope….the glayser will flow to sweet green valley.
Than I know…I love her more than I hate her.
She’s already in misery. I couldn’t seen her in that way…. Than I said… Good Bye.
Do you think my mind operations fail? No! it’s working. But I fail! I am not that strong enough to destroy her in her misery or even to look at her in that kind face.
Yes..I am Fail. Yet I don’t know how to finish this.
Poor me!
